I mean, was he even aware that Vegetto could transform? Boo seemed a bit surprised he could in the anime. And you know, say he did know. Boo still wouldn't admit inferiority to Super Vegetto.

Kept you waiting huh? Favourite Manga Dragon Ball, Naruto, and Bleach	Base Vegito could very likely be a little ahead of Buutenks in the anime. Reason being he wouldn't have tried to fight Buuhan in base if he didn't at least surpassed Buutenks, after all Buuhan was the mightiest Majin at that moment. In the manga, I'd place him at around Super Saiyan 2 Gotenks to Ultimate Gohan's level due to the fact that a merger of Goku and Gohan, in base, would be more then enough to beat Buutenks and Super Vegito was treating Buuhan like a punching bag as a Super Saiyan.

I personally just don't see any reason as to why he would need to be on Bootenks' level. He would only need to be like 3/4's of the gap between Base and SSJ Gotenks (Post) to have his SSJ transformation boost him to the point that he's treating Boohan like a punching toy. Especially if you take into account SEG's 50x, 2x, 4x. Regardless, it seems the idea is that the SSJ multiplier is significantly higher than SSJ2 or SSJ3.

Internet Explorer Favourite Manga Dragon Ball Z	I have Base Vegetto between SSJ3 Gotenks and Bootenks, I think that's very fair. The biggest problem I have with these levels, I end up making the big mistake of adding SSJ3 Gotenks' power to Ultimate Boo, so I end up remembering him being more powerful...so I end up making Vegetto more powerful than he needs to be.

You might be right though, Buuhan did use Gotenks' technique so you got some credibility in your assumption.

I chalk that up to his ability to remember techniques. Yeah true, just figured he actively used it due to Gotenks fusing again. Cause remember any time he made a technique his own he used it like almost immediately afterwards like Goku's Kamehameha for example, and Buu remembers his other forms memories too so he could've used it as Kid Buu too but didn't. But yeah, I used to overpowering Vegetto but now I've remembered not to add Gotenks' power, which does make it less of a headache.
